Greetings! I'm Dr Muhammad Umar Farooq, an enthusiastic business lecturer with a blend of academic expertise and industry experience. With a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Strategy, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. This fusion of academic rigor and industry insights allows me to offer students a holistic perspective on business concepts and practices.

Teaching

Currently, I serve as a lecturer and module director at York St John University, where I specialize in teaching Business, Marketing, and Project Management modules to postgraduate students. Prior to this, I contributed to the academic community at the University of East London and Regent's University London, further enriching my pedagogical approach and research endeavors. My teaching philosophy emphasizes creating dynamic learning environments that foster critical thinking and lifelong learning.
