Research

The title of my Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD) thesis is: 'The Relationship Between Perfectionism and Burnout in Pre-Service Primary School Teachers'. This has allowed me to better understand the complex pressures faced by undergraduate pre-service primary teachers.

My key research interests include:

• Teacher mental health and wellbeing
• The use of technology within education environments
• The Physical Education environment
• Experiences within disability sport
• Military transition

I am also the co-lead of the Inclusion, Society and Education research group.
