I am a lecturer in counselling and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I currently have a small private practice and my previous counselling experience has included working in the charity sector with adults. I came to counselling from a background in TV, Film and Theatre production.

I teach across a range of counselling courses including Certificate in Counselling skills, BA Counselling and Mental Health and PG Diploma Counselling. I am course lead and co-tutor for the Person-Centred Experiential (PCE-CfD) CPD program.

My master's research focused on counsellors responses to the ethical requirement to record session notes. I aimed to explore their experience of keeping session notes and the impact of this on the therapeutic relationship.

I currently work in private practice.
