I am a Lecturer in Business and Management at York St John University - London Campus, where I teach across business, and management modules and supervise postgraduate research projects. Before joining York St John, I lectured at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2023 and at the University of Huddersfield from 2019.
My PhD examined stakeholder coopetition in Moroccan tourism networks through a postcolonial lens, and my current research explores leadership, coopetition, and sustainable development. I have presented my work at the British Academy of Management and remain actively involved in advancing AI pedagogy and equality initiatives within higher education.
