Gender and Sexuality Research Group
This research group is led by Sharon Jagger and Eeva Sointu
This research group brings together multiple disciplines to explore how gender and sexuality are represented, framed, experienced and theorised.
Feminist theory is a strong theme in the group, which we embrace in its widest and most inclusive forms.
This group is currently developing connections between individual research topics. We connect with SexGenNorth, a network of academics in the north of England.
We welcome anyone researching gender and sexuality from any discipline. We welcome queer, nonbinary and trans perspectives.
