We'll support you with:

  • Preparing CVs and cover letters ahead of the application window
  • Tailored coaching from our dedicated Graduate Success Coaches
  • Confidence-building resources and check-ins to help you succeed
  • Ongoing career development, even if you're not placed in an internship

What a graduate internship involves

Our graduate internships are 8 weeks long and start in September 2025.

You'll work 25 hours per week, and be paid £14.18 per hour.

At the start of the internship, you will get a personalised report identifying your professional skills, along with some recommendations for development.

You'll also get support from the Careers team, from application through to post-internship reflection.
