Lecturer in Business Management

I am a Lecturer in Business Management at York St John University, UK, bringing over 13 years of academic and 3 years of dedicated research experience to the role. Prior to joining York St John University, I served as an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences at The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir until February 2024.

With a robust academic foundation encompassing seven years of specialized education in business studies, I have designed and taught 13 undergraduate and postgraduate courses. These courses cover a diverse range of subjects, including Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), graduate employability, and University-Industry Linkages. My approach emphasizes integrating theoretical insights with practical applications, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of these fields.

Beyond teaching, I have mentored numerous students, supervising 3 master’s research theses, 30 MBA Capstone Projects, and over 28 bachelor’s projects. My scholarly work includes publishing 13 peer-reviewed journal articles, collectively attaining a cumulative impact factor of 3.066.
