Emotion resources

This research project is led by Stephanie Petty and focuses on helping others manage their emotions.

The resources on this page are free to use.

There is a list of emotional wellbeing resources including a worksheet to help you understand and manage your emotions. They can be thought of as self-help, wellbeing resources that you can use personally, or with people you work with. They are designed by many different people, including autistic people, mental health clinicians, and researchers. Neurodivergent people have many different experiences, challenges, and identities. Please consider what works for you.

The following worksheets have been created to build a shared understanding of neurodiversity in society and increase inclusion and belonging for minority groups.

They are based on research carried out by Dr Stephanie Petty, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Professor.
