We guarantee accommodation for all UK, EU and international students in their first year of undergraduate study, as long as you meet our application deadlines.

Our accommodation sites are all close to campus and most are close to the city centre. Our range of rooms offers different facilities and prices to suit all.
When you apply for accommodation, you can choose between York St John sites, which are managed by our own teams, or partner provider sites, which are managed by third party accommodation providers.
Due to national increases in rent charges, the demand for more affordable University-owned rooms is very high. We guarantee accommodation for all first year students who meet our deadlines, but we can't guarantee that everyone will be allocated a room from their top 3 choices.
