Terms and conditions
- All abstracts/proposals will be published online on the conference website.
- Confirmation of your registration will be sent by email within 5 working days of receipt of the registration form.
- Registration includes participation in the conference, publication of the contribution in the conference abstracts, a certificate of attendance, a badge, and coffee breaks.
- Organisers reserve the right to vary or cancel the Conference if the occasion necessitates. Organisers accept no liability if, for whatever reason, the conference does not take place. If the organisers have to cancel the Conference, authors will be notified in advance and offered new dates.
- Photographs or videos may be taken of the delegates participating in the Conference. Organisers reserve the right, unless we are advised to the contrary by the delegate in writing, to use these photographs or video clips as part of future conference promotional material, such as social media (for instance, LinkedIn, X and Facebook) and on the website.
- Organisers will not sell pictures or authorise a third party to use the pictures. Pictures will be used for promotional purposes only.
- The delegate is not permitted to use conference venue IT or network facilities for any unlawful activities.
- GDPR (Data Protection): Organisers may contact you with details of programmes. Please write to the organisers if you do not wish to be contacted.
