The York St John University London Campus is pleased to announce the 2nd YSJ London Campus Annual Research Conference 2026 under the theme “Addressing Global Challenges Through Interdisciplinary Innovation."

Addressing Global Challenges Through Interdisciplinary Innovation

The conference aims to provide an inclusive interdisciplinary platform for discussion and knowledge exchange across areas including public health, business and management, artificial intelligence, computer and data science, education, sustainability, professional practice, and social innovation.

The conference offers a unique opportunity for academics, professional services colleagues, industry professionals, practitioners, researchers, policymakers, external collaborators, and students from diverse disciplinary and professional backgrounds to:

• Present their research
• Share innovative ideas and practices
• Engage in interdisciplinary discussions
• Develop collaborations
• Network with participants nationally and internationally

The conference will include:

• Oral presentations
• Poster presentations
• Panel discussions

Staff, students and external participants are encouraged to submit abstracts related to the conference theme and tracks. The event particularly welcomes interdisciplinary and practice-oriented research that addresses contemporary global challenges and sustainable futures.

Postgraduate students are especially encouraged to present their dissertation research, proposals, literature reviews, consultancy projects, or emerging findings within a supportive academic environment designed to promote research development and scholarly engagement.

The conference will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation to support wider accessibility and international engagement.
