Alison Davies

Alison has spent much of her career in Financial Services leading large teams specialising in digital and technology. She has worked for 22 years for HSBC initially on the board of First Direct and then in various global roles. In recent years, Alison was Head of Digital for Skipton Building Society.

Currently Alison has focused on a Non-Executive Director portfolio with appointments in Financial Services, Academia, Fin Techs and the charity sector. Each role aligns with Alison’s values and supports her drive to make a difference to the lives of those who need it and to help businesses grow and prosper. She is passionate about people and their development.
