Postgraduate Researcher - Practical Theology (DMin programme)
I have been a Bivocational church leader in Independent Pentecostal Church settings for over 35 years. I am a registered nurse having held several senior roles in the NHS and Local Authority. I have an MBA (Leading Strategic Change) and LLM (Medical Law). I am currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate (DMin) at York St John.

Research
My research is a Theological Action Research study using an Appreciative Inquiry approach exploring faith and work in an independent Pentecostal church setting.
