Welcome Guide

Complete international student registration

A guide for international students.

Three students walking through York.

Find your route

As an international student, completing your registration involves several essential steps to ensure you are fully enrolled and ready to start your studies.

This guide will take you through the necessary procedures for different visa categories, making sure you have a smooth transition to university life.

All students should note that you will not be enrolled onto your course (including getting your student ID card or other letters you may require from the University) until all the relevant documents have been provided and checked by the Visa and Compliance team and the relevant payment for your enrolment has been received.
