Wellbeing
Our free specialist support service can provide you with mental health or wellbeing support.
We have different specialist practitioners within the team, including counsellors and other mental health specialists.

Welfare
Our Welfare Advisers can support you with experiences like assault, crime, pregnancy, domestic violence, and housing issues.
They offer appointments to support you with information, guidance, and signposting to helpful services.

A 6 week course of exercise classes aimed at reducing symptoms of depression.

Welfare support
Welfare adviser appointments
Meet with a Welfare Adviser for advice on crime, domestic violence, sexual assault, hate crime and housing issues.
Report and Support
Make a report of bullying, harassment, racism, sexual misconduct, or hate crime. Reports can be either anonymous or with contact details.
Welfare training and courses
Training in bystander intervention, consent, drug and alcohol awareness, and hate crime awareness.
