Minimum entry requirements
Qualification | Grade |

International Baccalaureate Diploma | 24 IB points overall minimum. Standard Level 4 in Maths or Science is required for courses that require GCSE Maths or Science. |
International Baccalaureate Certificate | We will convert your IB grades (HL and SL) into UCAS points with a minimum of 96 UCAS minimum required. For more information, please email our team on york.intl@yorksj.ac.uk |

English Language requirements
If English is not your first language you must show evidence of your English language competence. You need one of the following:
- English A: Literature (Standard: Level 4, Higher: Level 4)
- English A: Literature and Language (Standard: Level 5, Higher: Level 4)
- English Language B (Standard: Level 6, Higher: Level 5)
If you do not hold any of these you need an equivalent qualification.
If you do not currently meet the English Language standard for your chosen course, we have a Presessional English course that can help you.
