Clearing lets you search for and apply to universities that still have places available. Clearing at York St John closes on 23 October.
Whether your results were not what you expected, or you have recently decided to start university in 2020, Clearing is an opportunity to find the university that is right for you. Get excited for September, the adventure starts here.
To apply through Clearing you can't be holding any offers. This could be because:
- You are applying after 30 June
- You haven't received any offers so far
- You declined all of your offers
- You didn't meet the conditions of your offers.
Once you have received your exam results, you can apply to study with us using the steps below.
Applying to us through Clearing

Found one for you? Read about the course, what you will study and make a note of the course UCAS code.
Talk it through with us
Contact us to discuss the course and its entry requirements. Have your results and the course UCAS code to hand. You will also need your UCAS personal ID if you have one.
