I have an MBA Global with Merit from London Metropolitan University. In addition, I also possess a PhD in Leadership at University of The West of Scotland and other postgraduate research and teaching qualifications in my repertoire.
I am a pioneer in Leadership and Management education, and have made a significant and consistent contribution to the field of innovative curriculum design constructing new pedagogy approaches and developing exceptional new teaching materials. I am a Scholar in Leadership and Management, and am also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), Fellow of Royal Society of Art (FRSA), Fellow of Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM), Mentor of Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM) and a member of British Academy of Management (BAM).
I was the Founder and a Consultant of TMC Texas Management Consultancy, and am a Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and Called upon reputation as a people-oriented HR professional with experience advising and influencing strategies with a focus on talent development, organisational effectiveness and process and policy improvements during 6 years’ success in HR management.
