I have been working in business strategy for over 20 years. I am the founder of Morton Patterson Consulting, where I work with clients to develop and implement successful business strategies.

I also work as an Executive Coach and NLP practitioner. I pioneered the 'Know Your Value Methodology' which helps businesses in professional services to implement value pricing in their firm. I have worked with the Canary Wharf Group, Grant Thornton, GLE, and East London Business.

I am also a blogger for The Good Coach, an independent platform for coaching practitioners and host my own podcast, Unleash Your Value. I will be publishing my first book on personal and business value in late 2022.
