Student Hub

Our Student Hub online portal is your route to access information articles, submit enquiries, and receive responses from our support teams. The portal includes:

  • A searchable library of help pages, covering support topics from all of our student services
  • A clear system for submitting questions and receiving replies from support staff
  • Appointment bookings for support teams

You will have access to submit requests and book appointments through the Hub when you enrol on your course.

The Student Hub also has a physical space at our London Campus where you can go for support.

Academic support

You will receive academic study support through several routes:

Skills training: Your timetable will include sessions on the essential academic skills you need to succeed. These skills include avoiding plagiarism, Harvard referencing, academic reading and writing, so you can submit assignments with confidence.

Group tutorials: Small group tutorials take place both on campus and online and cover a range of subjects, for example critical writing, plagiarism, and referencing. You can book tutorials online.

Wellbeing support

Our experienced Learning and Wellness team can help with your concerns and provide support during your time at university. For our London Campus students, we offer:

Wellness appointments: These personalised, 1 to 1 appointments are a space for you to talk about any concerns or worries that are affecting you. Your adviser may then offer you support directly or refer you to a specialised service.

Wellness drop-ins: Our drop-ins take place every week. You can visit the drop-in to speak to a member of staff about any issues impacting your studies. Staff can then help you resolve the issues or signpost you to further support.

You can also access our wider wellbeing support, available to students at both of our campuses. Find out more on our dedicated Wellbeing page:
