How to apply
You can apply to join our courses by following the steps below.
We are now enrolling Converge students for autumn term 2025.
To receive the latest information about our courses, please use the link above to sign up to our mailing list, email converge@yorksj.ac.uk or call 07764 337 116 for Holly, or 07779 544 874 for Kate.
Choose your courses
Use our website as a guide to find courses that interest you. Make sure you check which courses are offered on campus only, and which courses are online or postal only through Converge Connected.
We frequently update the courses we offer. For full details of courses running this term email converge@yorksj.ac.uk.
Complete an application form
Download our application form. Please return your form by Friday 5 September.

We will accept forms after this date, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to offer you a place on a Converge course. If we cannot offer you a place on any courses, the Converge office will contact you and you will be added to our waiting list.

Confirming your place
Places on our courses are limited. We do our best to make sure you get a place on 1 of your first 2 choices of course.
We will let you know whether you have a place on a course by text, email or post. We reserve the right to conduct individual interviews with students.
Please note: you need to reapply for Converge courses by filling in a new application form before the start of each term.
