How to apply
You can apply to join our courses by following the steps below.
To receive the latest information about our courses, please use the link above to sign up to our mailing list, email converge@yorksj.ac.uk or call 07764 337 116 for Holly, or 07779 544 875 for Kate.
Choose your courses
Use our website as a guide to find courses that interest you. Make sure you check which courses are offered on campus only, and which courses are online or postal only through Converge Connected.
We frequently update the courses we offer. For full details of courses running this term email converge@yorksj.ac.uk.
Complete an application form
Email converge@yorksj.ac.uk if you would like a copy of our application form.
Return your application form
Completed forms can be emailed to converge@yorksj.ac.uk or sent to:

If we cannot offer you a place, you will be contacted by the Converge office and added to the waiting list for the course(s) you have applied for.
Confirming your place
Places on our courses are limited. We do our best to make sure you get a place on 1 of your first 2 choices of course.
We will let you know whether you have a place on a course by text, email or post. We reserve the right to conduct individual interviews with students.
Please note: you need to reapply for Converge courses by filling in a new application form before the start of each term.
