Meet with a Disability Practitioner
Book an appointment with a Disability Practitioner to talk about any disability related issues.

There are dedicated Disability Practitioners for each academic school.
Disability Practitioners provide advice and support with:
- Disabled Student Allowances (DSAs)
- Exam adjustments
- Study related adjustments
- Signposting to and liaison with specialist support services and academic departments
Disability Practitioners can also work with you to create a Learning Support Plan (LSP).

Which appointment to book
We offer 3 types of appointment.
1 Hour Disability Appointment
Book a 1 Hour Disability Appointment if you have evidence of your disability or condition and would like a Learning Support Plan.
Follow Up Appointment
Book a Follow Up Appointment if you have previously put together a Learning Support Plan and would like to update this or discuss changes to your situation.
Service Coordinator appointment
Book a Service Coordinator Appointment if you are confused about the process or don't have any evidence, but would like to know how to get support. This appointment is also suitable if you have a general enquiry about our service.
How to book an appointment
You can book an appointment with the Disability Practitioner for your department, or a Service Coordinator, using our online booking system. Online or on campus appointments are available.
You can also book an on campus session with Blue, the therapy dog, and a Disability Practitioner.
