Only Connect: Counselling for students
You can access confidential counselling at the University of Westminster Student Counselling Service. The Counselling service is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Only Connect's professional counsellors have experience in supporting you with the problems you face at university. Counselling offers the opportunity to talk about any issues that might be worrying you. Talking about a problem often helps a person to better understand their emotional state of mind and put their worries in context.
