Minimum entry requirements
For entry onto a Foundation (year 0) plus degree (4-year programme), you must have WAEC with at least 3 grades at C or higher, including English language.
For direct entry onto year 1 of most of our undergraduate degree programmes, we will accept:

English Language requirements
If English is not your first language you must show evidence of your English language competence.
For most courses, you should have IELTS level 6.0 (with no skill below 5.5) or an equivalent qualification.
We will accept WAEC/NECO with C6 or above in English language. Scratch cards for score verification may be requested. Please note we will only accept WAEC/NECO dated from 2005 or newer.
Applicants with qualifications dated before this date, will be required to complete a recognised English Language qualification. Please see below for a full list of English Language qualifications we accept.
If you do not currently meet the English Language standard for your chosen course, we have a Presessional English course that can help you.

Please note: We do not accept qualifications obtained in the Republic of Benin.
