Paul Baker

I manage and lead the careers and placements provision for London, including the professional experience year and careers events. As a member of the senior academic leadership team my key responsibility is leading on graduate outcomes.

I hold a BSc in Applied Biology with Genetic Modification from the University of Nottingham. Prior to entering the world of education, I worked primarily in technology and finance recruitment before moving into leadership positions. I am passionate about driving positive change and devising new ways to improve our students' future.

In my spare time I can usually be found watching Saracens (Rugby) or playing tennis, although perhaps more the former as I get older.
