Baha'i activities in the City of York

The York Bahai' group is a small community of about 20 adults. It does not have dedicated place of worship but members take turns to host gatherings in each others' homes. The group meet regularly throughout the year at York St John for discussion groups on topical issues. More information on the York Baha'i group can be found on their website and their Facebook group.

As well as being a Faith Advisor at York St John, Lisa Mayer is also the secretary of the York Baha'i administrative body (the Local Spiritual Assembly, or LSA for short). The email address for the LSA is yorkbaha' This is available on their website and can also be found by anyone contacting the UK National Spiritual Assembly. Students or parents coming to York will often contact the LSA to find out how to get in touch with the community and what activities are running in the city.

The primary resource for students in York is the LSA.
