How mindfulness can help
Mindfulness is a non-religious mental exercise that you can carry to every part of your life. It helps you develop simple skills to cope with life’s difficulties by training you to focus on the present in an accepting, non-judgemental way. It helps you to see things more clearly, to manage challenges more wisely and to feel more content.
Attending a mindfulness group session
Sessions take place on Wednesday during term time from 1:30pm to 2:00pm in the Chapel. The first session is on Wednesday 23 September.
All sessions are free and you do not need to book, just turn up and join in. You can try one session or come every week, it's up to you.
