Kathryn Eldred

I moved to the Research Office commencing as the Research Officer: Compliance in March 2023, having worked at the University for a number of years in administrative, quality and assessment roles.

I support the School Research and Knowledge Transfer Leads, the Head of Research Office and Pro Vice Chancellor for Research and International, as well as all academic staff and students in aspects of the University’s research activities and act as Committee Secretary for the University Research Ethics and Integrity Sub-committee (UREISC). I also liaise with other members of the Research Office to support the delivery of the University’s research plan and have responsibility for the ongoing development, delivery and evaluation of compliance with research ethics and support the REF Policy Officer with compliance for the Research Excellence Framework.
