I am a Counselling Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Lecturer in Counselling Psychology. My expertise includes counselling psychology theory and clinical practice, body image, eating disorders and perfectionism.

My research interests include body image, perfectionism and social media use, particularly in young women. I am also interested in the wellbeing and mental health of trainee counselling psychologists.
