Accepting your offer

Find out more about what your offer means and what happens next in the application process.

Types of offer

Your offer will either be conditional or unconditional. This information will appear on your UCAS account.

Conditional offers

Getting a conditional offer means you will need to meet certain conditions before we can confirm your place.

You can check the conditions of your offer on your UCAS account. The conditions are usually academic. For most qualifications, we get your results automatically on Results Day.

For some courses you may need to meet other conditions, such as a DBS check or medical questionnaire. Our Admissions team will send you instructions on how to complete these. You can find out more on the pages below.

Unconditional offers

Getting an unconditional offer means you have already met all our conditions. You have a place on your course if you want it.

Your offer will stay unconditional whether you make us your firm or insurance choice.

Replying to your offer

When you have got offers from all your chosen courses, you can make your firm and insurance choices through UCAS.

If you receive all your offers by Wednesday 14 May 2025, your reply deadline is Wednesday 4 June 2025. This does not include UCAS Extra choices.

If you receive all your offers by Thursday 17 July 2025, your reply deadline is Wednesday 23 July 2025. This includes UCAS Extra choices.

If you don't meet the conditions of your offer

For most qualifications, we will get your results automatically on Results Day.

We review each application individually. We aim to be flexible wherever possible.

If you do not get the results you were hoping for, please get in touch with us on the day to discuss your options.
