The University of Luxembourg is a multilingual, international research University in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The multicultural country is home to the Financial Centre, to European Union Institutions and international enterprises.
The University is on 3 campuses, whilst being multilingual, international and research orientation. The University is a modern institution combined within a personal atmosphere, they also have many clubs and societies to join, with a variety events happening throughout the year.
The 3 languages spoken are French, German and English. The different backgrounds of people make the University highly European. In the heart of Europe and approximately 2 hours from Paris, Brussels and London, Luxembourg is one of the smallest countries in the European Union.

Choosing your modules
You will need to gain the following credits from your modules:
- 27 to 30 ECTS (European credits) per semester
- 54 to 60 ECTS per year.

Academic calendar
The academic year is split into 2 semesters:
- Semester 1: Late September until Mid February
- Semester 2: Late February until Early July
