In 2021, I completed my MSc in Psychology of Sport at the University of Stirling. I am now a PhD candidate and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the sports department. I am also a part of the Motivation, Performance, and Wellbeing (MPaW) research group.


I teach Sport and Exercise Psychology as well as Research Methods, Design and Analysis for undergraduate students within the sport department.


Within my PhD, I am looking at the physical and mental health consequences of burnout in athletes. I am generally interested in predictors, consequences, and prevention of burnout in sport as well as in other occupations.

Professional activities

I have previously presented my own research at the Northern Research and Applied Practice Showcase (NRAPS). I have also peer-reviewed journals such as Perceptual and Motor Skills, International Journal of Sports Science and Coaching and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology.
