A significant proportion of our students are more mature when they join us and we have an outstanding record of supporting those students to achieve academic success.
Let nothing hold you back
Our mature student entry scheme recognises non-traditional entry qualifications and experience and enables us to welcome people with a passion for learning and a real determination to succeed.
If you have you been out of education for at least three years but hold a GCSE English Language at Grade C or equivalent this scheme could work for you.
There’s no need to wait. Find out more and apply online.
Or contact us to talk your options through.
As a mature student looking for a change in career I initially felt quite anxious about fitting in with younger people on the course. However I needn’t have been because I made some brilliant friends and together we helped and supported each other throughout the three years.
Strength in our community
Our mature learners bring fresh ideas and input to the mix of ideas on campus and have valuable life experience that enhances learning for everyone. We can help you transition back into an educational environment by helping you develop study skills and build your confidence. When we talk about support tailored to you we mean it.
Mature Learners Information Sessions
We have dedicated support available for our mature applicants. We can’t meet you in person at the moment, but help and support are still available.
