Jenny Francis

I have over 20 years postgraduate experience, spanning international FTSE 250 corporations, and SMEs, holding diverse leadership and management consultancy positions for IBM/ PWC, Oracle and Admiral Management Consultancy supporting in excess of 300 international businesses over that time frame. I bring a wealth of experience, implementing strategies to maximise profit, reduce cost, manage risks and improve customer experience.

My practical experience is reinforced with Level 7 qualifications in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and OU, and Executive Education in Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship and Boardroom Finance from London Business School, Babson and Cranfield School of Management.

I am passionate about skills transfer to the next generation of international leaders and entrepreneurs. When I am not working with corporate clients or teaching on the York St John MBA and Enterprise Academy programmes, I can be found volunteering my time to provide seminars, coaching and mentoring sessions to the next generation of leaders.
