Staff Profile
Oliver MacDonald
Visiting Lecturer
I graduated from York St John University in 2016 after studying BA (Hons) in Business Management with Information Technology. After graduating, I went to the University of York (2016) to pursue an MSc in Information Technology, which gave me the academic skills and knowledge to apply this in the workplace. I decided in 2019 to undertake a PGCE in Computer Science at Sheffield Hallam University, where I worked full-time as a secondary and sixth-form tutor teaching business and computer science. Skip forward a few years, and I am here at York St John lecturing to students who are passionate about business with a keen focus on IT and Computing, such as artificial intelligence, big data and CRM systems.
