The Directorate of Estates Management and Development comprises of teams with expertise across a diverse range of disciplines.

Our work covers areas including Estates Operations, Gardens and Sports Grounds, Estates Development Projects, Maintenance Services, Energy and Environmental Management, and Building Services and Compliance.
