The university's allotment site offers you a chance to practice your gardening skills and to learn from the knowledge of your fellow allotment holders and experienced gardeners.
York St John University has a small allotment site of 20 plots. These are located opposite the York St John University Sports Park in a quiet and peaceful location.
The allotment site is one double row of plots which are either side of a grass pathway. The site is managed and maintained by the York St John University Grounds team. We have plots that are used for community participation projects, a community orchard and pollinator friendly wild flower plants to compliment the biodiversity of the surrounding area.
