York St John Volunteering Fund

The Student Opportunities team are excited to announce that we are supporting York St John students who are planning to volunteer overseas in the summer of 2024 through our Volunteering Fund.

Through the YSJ Volunteering Fund you could be eligible to up to £400 to support you to travel abroad with one of our overseas partner organisations.

Eligibility criteria

• You must be a current York St John student or 2024 graduate
• You must have not received any additional Turing Funding beyond the £480 amount (for example, Widening Participation funding)
• You must be a home (UK) student
• You must be undertaking an international volunteer opportunity with a registered charity and have a visa that allows you to volunteer overseas.
