Gifts and hospitality register
The Gifts and Hospitality Register is a register of all gifts and hospitality received by or given by York St John University staff.
The University's financial regulations require all staff who receive a gift or hospitality over the value of £25 to record it in the gifts and hospitality register. If you have given or received a gift or hospitality over £25, please complete the form below.
Normally no gift or hospitality with a value of over £200 should be accepted. Individual gifts with a value of over £100 must not be made to third parties.
