More than 2,000 students celebrated the completion of their degrees at York St John London at graduation ceremonies held on Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 March 2026. The ceremonies, held in London’s historic Guildhall, were presided over by the University’s Chancellor BBC presenter Reeta Chakrabarti, and Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive of York St John University, Professor Karen Bryan OBE.

Congratulating graduates, Louise Donaghy, Dean of the London Campus said:

“Graduation is a special time for students and their families, marking the culmination of hard work and dedication, and I feel immensely proud and privileged to be part of these celebrations.

“Our London campus is a place where more than 3,000 students come together to learn, grow and challenge ideas. A vibrant community of innovators, critical thinkers and future leaders united by a commitment not only to enterprise and creativity, but also to recognise injustice, expand opportunity and help shape a more just world."

Professor Karen Bryan OBE, Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive of York St John University added:

“Today, we celebrate our graduating students in the spectacular setting of the Guildhall’s Great Hall. In this extraordinary building, with its 2000-year history, we mark the many achievements of our graduates as they look to their future. On behalf of York St John University, I am delighted to offer my warmest congratulations to all on this special occasion.”
